Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the mbb2e platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use mbb2e's services.
These terms apply to all users regardless of access method, device used, or location within Malaysia. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mbb2e as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use is for personal entertainment purposes only.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mbb2e platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. mbb2e reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.bb2e will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Platform Usage Rules & Responsibilities
Mbb2e platform users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the gaming system or gain an unfair advantage.
Making transactions using unauthorised payment methods, another person's credit card, or funds obtained through illegal means.
Creating more than one account for yourself or registering using another person's identity.
Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to mbb2e's systems, databases, or networks.
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on the mbb2e platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mbb2e accepts a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX (internet banking), and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name and is legally valid.
Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances, subject to case-by-case review by the mbb2e team. Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that must be completed before your first request is processed. Withdrawal processing times are typically one to two business days, depending on the chosen method and account verification status.
Mbb2e reserves the right to hold or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, our team may require additional documentation before the transaction is approved or completed.

Account Policy, Suspension & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
Mbb2e reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violating any terms set out in this document
- Providing false or misleading registration information
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Holding more than one active account
- Using the platform for activities that violate Malaysian law
Platform Liability Limits
Mbb2e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and mbb2e makes no guarantee that the service will be free from technical interruptions. In any event, mbb2e's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the mbb2e platform are the property of mbb2e or our licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law and applicable international laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mbb2e.
Third-Party Links
The mbb2e platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and mbb2e is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mbb2e reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
